Hello! I’m Tom. I’ve been a Customer Service Representative with Rainbow Pest Experts since August 2021. I really enjoy being part of the team and appreciate the family feeling that is evident here at Rainbow. I enjoy addressing customers’ concerns and providing them with meaningful solutions. In my free time I enjoy listening to music and watching baseball. I look forward to the opportunity to speak with you!

Was efficient about the work, made sure to put on shoe covers each time, explained the work to me, knew about the next service date, answered all my questions and followed through with everything that was supposed to be done.Although not there to do hornet and wasp extermination, Cassidy helped educate me on how they will treat it at the next visit and why it’s more effective to do it at that time.I have had no signs of mice since Rainbow starting treating my home. Something another pest control company was not able to do and blamed it on my home being connected to the neighbor’s (attached townhome).
