I started with Rainbow Pest Experts in March of 2021 as a Pestologist. In my position, I talk to customers daily and determine how I can solve their problems with all kinds of pest issues. I love helping people and giving them peace of mind inside their homes, all while having a smile on my face.

In my free time, I love listening to music and watching sports on TV.

Cassidy arrived exactly at the time given. Was efficient about the work, made sure to put on shoe covers each time, explained the work to me, knew about the next service date, answered all my questions and followed through with everything that was supposed to be done.Although not there to do hornet and wasp extermination, Cassidy helped educate me on how they will treat it at the next visit and why it’s more effective to do it at that time.I have had no signs of mice since Rainbow starting treating my home. Something another pest control company was not able to do and blamed it on my home being connected to the neighbor’s (attached townhome).
