Hello! My name is Kaitlyn and I am a Customer Service Representative with Rainbow Pest Experts. I started with Rainbow in May of 2021. My role includes scheduling, account billing, providing service quotes, and answering all pest-related questions. In the summer, I enjoy being on the lake or hiking through state parks, and in the winter, I enjoy watching football, Go Pack Go!, and knitting. I love working for Rainbow because of the people. Our team lives out our core values every day in the field and behind the scenes. It is truly amazing to be a part of a team that holds its integrity so high. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. Cassidy arrived exactly at the time given. Was efficient about the work, made sure to put on shoe covers each time, explained the work to me, knew about the next service date, answered all my questions and followed through with everything that was supposed to be done.Although not there to do hornet and wasp extermination, Cassidy helped educate me on how they will treat it at the next visit and why it’s more effective to do it at that time.I have had no signs of mice since Rainbow starting treating my home. Something another pest control company was not able to do and blamed it on my home being connected to the neighbor’s (attached townhome).

Nick introduced himself and listened to what the current issues were and then based on that discussion, he clearly communicated what would be done that day, found an additional issue to be addressed and sent me pics to ensure I was aware, etc. - going above and beyond in my opinion and taking great care around my flowers and gardens!
